Herbal tea is the other health tip for individuals under the Advocare diet plan. Mostly people go for a drink like wine after they have eaten or in in the evening just to relax. However if they resort to herbal tea, it could as well not be a very bad idea. This is because the herbal tea as its name suggests is made of natural ingredients. It is way better than wine since it is more relaxing plus its sweet.

Brown rice is just what one needs for their main course. It it regarded as a much healthier option to white rice. What makes it healthy is the fiber in it that aids in food digestion. In comparison to white rice, it is way lower in sodium content. Here it is also good to check just to be sure that the one you are buying does not have so much sodium.

However, thee are times that one fails to observe their diet in between the 24 days. This is not the end as there are some things they should do to get back on track. One of the things is to take up much fruit after that night of partying. Blackberries could serve this as they have a high fiber content. A meal full of vegetable could also work. Broccoli, orange cherry tomatoes, and steamed asparagus among others.

The last bit is about the essential compound water. Water should be taken abundantly everyday. The body remains healthy in this way. It also eases the process of digestion. The choice of going to their initial diet or remain on the Advocare diet plan is upon themselves. However it only depends on whether they are satisfied with the way they are.
